We develop electronic assemblies in accordance with the highest EMC standards. We take electromagnetic compatibility into account right from the concept phase, derive appropriate measures and ensure that your products function reliably – even in demanding environments.

Our pre-compliance tests enable us to identify potential EMC problems at an early stage. This shortens development times, minimises risks and avoids costly adjustments later on.

From the initial idea to the functional prototype, we produce prototypes cost-effectively, with short lead times and a high degree of flexibility. Thanks to our in-house assembly, we guarantee fast production times and full control over the manufacturing process. This means you receive reliable prototypes for testing, inspection and market evaluation in a timely manner.

Control unit rework and repair

As an EMS service provider, we also carry out professional repairs and maintenance of electronic assemblies. This includes the following services:

  • Re-soldering of BGA/QFN

  • Control unit repair

  • EEPROM readout and writing

  • ROM battery replacement
